JOB SUMMARY:

As a Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for canvassing designated neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners in Austin and surrounding neighborhoods. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners, introducing our roofing products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and identify their roofing needs and concerns.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of our roofing materials, warranties, and installation process.
  • Provide accurate estimates and proposals based on the customer's requirements and budget.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for in-home consultations with roofing specialists.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead management.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Document sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software or other designated tools

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL TRUCK (Half ton or Larger) or the eagerness to invest in one before starting the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence.
  • Familiarity with the Austin, TX residential market is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
