ProSwag is an exciting start-up that officially launched on January 1, 2025. We’re in the process of building our team from the ground up, and we’re looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you're someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and loves juggling multiple tasks with a sense of urgency, this is the role for you! You’ll work closely with the leadership team to help us build and scale a multi-million-dollar apparel business.

At ProSwag, people are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, one of your key responsibilities will be educating business owners about the power of customized promotional products and how they can enhance their branding efforts. You will be directly responsible for selling ProSwag’s high-quality, branded merchandise to businesses. Success in this role is measured by consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, staying on top of daily metrics, and handling challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do:

  • Educate, strategize, and successfully sell ProSwag’s promotional products and branded merchandise through high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone-based.
  • Reach out to a diverse range of businesses (from small shops to large corporations) to understand their promotional needs and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of clients, all organized in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship building.
  • Become a product expert and leverage your knowledge to suggest the best promotional items to clients, adjusting recommendations as needed to match their brand’s goals.
  • Overcome objections and rejections with a proactive and positive attitude, always focusing on providing solutions for clients.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets. A strong work ethic, resilience, and determination are key to your success!
  • Stay organized and effectively manage your time, knowing that sales is a numbers game and that consistent activity equals success.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer-facing experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • No fear of making calls! You are comfortable being on the phone and speaking with potential clients all day.
  • Proficiency with general computer tools, email, CRM and customer service.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, stay self-motivated, and work independently without close supervision.
  • Current authorization to work in the U.S.
