What You’ll Do:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct roof inspections and help homeowners navigate insurance claims.

Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Collaborate with a results-driven team to exceed sales targets.
What You Bring:

A pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).

Valid driver’s license & ability to work at heights.

Sales or project management experience is a plus.

Self-motivation, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer:

Paid training + full administrative & leadership support.

Base pay + commission for up to the first 90 days, then full uncapped commission.
