Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for a Roofing & Construction Reconciliation Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-office role at our Cedar Park location that is responsible for verifying that proper final inspections are uploaded to the CRM and coordinating the reconciliation of work orders and material orders with vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to manage both inspection and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Final Inspections:
    • Verify that proper final inspections on completed roofing projects are uploaded to the CRM.
    • Work closely with roofing crews to address any issues or deficiencies found during inspections.
    • Document inspection results and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  2. Work Order Reconciliation:
    • Review and verify work orders to ensure all tasks and costs are accurately documented and completed.
    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all work performed aligns with the work order details.
  3. Material Order Reconciliation:
    • Resolve discrepancies in material quantities, pricing, or deliveries with vendors.
    • Maintain records of material usage and coordinate any necessary returns or exchanges with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction, roofing, or project coordination.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Basic understanding of construction materials and processes.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel and CRM software.
